上文中说的都是不应该每天敷面膜，那么日常生活中，到底多久敷一次面膜比较好呢？敷面膜的频率到底应该怎么样呢？其实木木在之前的文章里也说到过了。
对于我们正常肤质的女生来说，其实敷面膜的频率控制在一周三次左右就好啦。不建议过量敷面膜。
说完了敷面膜的频率，就要连带着说到敷面膜的时间了，敷面膜的时间也是大家常问的问题。很多人都觉得每次敷片式面膜，敷完了十五分钟之后，撕下面膜，会感觉脸上、面膜纸上还有很多面膜精华没有被皮肤吸收。
于是很多女生就本着勤俭节约的心态，继续将面膜敷上，直到面膜纸干的差不多了，然后再将面膜拿下。对于这种行为，木木是极力反对的！！
