简单快手又美味的早餐饼，不和面，不发面，营养又健康。
食材准备：
面粉90克、鸡蛋3个、葱花10克、盐2克、清水120毫升。
具体步骤：
1、将盐倒入面粉中，搅拌均匀。
2、清水倒入面粉里搅拌至无颗粒状。
3、打入3个鸡蛋用手动打蛋器搅打均匀。
4、最后撒入葱花搅拌均。
5、平底不粘锅内刷一层油，小火，舀入一小勺面糊，用勺底来回打转几圈，饼就会变得很薄。
6、待凝固后，煎里面金黄，翻面折起来，出锅即可。
7、装盘开吃。
香煎玉米饼
原料：
粘玉米3个、干面粉50克、鸡蛋1个、糖20克、毛豆30克、油
做法：
1. 新鲜的粘玉米，脱粒，放开水中焯熟，用凉水过凉，加糖后搅拌均匀。
2. 面粉中加入鸡蛋、干面粉，搅拌均匀。
3. 平锅放油，最好能覆盖上锅底烧热，放入调制好的玉米粒压实。
4. 上面放煮好的毛豆粒压实，大火转小火煎至金黄色，出锅，切块即可。
