SNCR脱硝喷枪双流体喷枪的一般应用：

喷枪采用快速接头连接方式，拆卸方便；

采用保护碳化硅，具有耐高温，耐磨损等特点，无需另设冷却装置就可确保喷枪长期安全运行；

喷枪体积小，套管外径只有36mm,可直接安装于炉壁上。

喷枪采用保护套管及活动法兰连接。可手动将伸进或者退出炉内；

氨水脱硝喷枪的特点：

1、产生平均粒径为70微米 “微雾”的二流体扇形喷嘴。

3HVLP环保省漆喷枪和RP省漆高效喷枪有一个共同的特点，即雾化气压较低，涂料的传递效率都高于65％以上，在喷嘴结构上也还有一个共同的特点，就是都采用了当今先进的一项设计即空气扰流板设计（图五），这样就确保了雾化空气均匀地从风帽内部喷射出，当雾化空气均衡后，其雾化的涂料也就非常均匀，从而也就保证了涂料颜色的喷涂均匀。

由于RP省漆高效喷枪的涂料传递效率已非常接近HVLP喷枪，以往在美国只能使用HVLP喷枪，但从去年起，RP省漆高效喷枪已获得美国20多个地区的认可及批准使用。
