悬臂式电脑单绞机

一、用途

 适用于DVI、HDMI、DISPLAYPORT等高频数据线缆芯线成缆绞合、包带。

二、设备组成：三头动力放线、双头包带装置和500悬臂式单绞机；

三、性能特征：整套设备电线部分采用PLC程序+HMI人性化控制，放线张力传感器件控制，实现数字化显示，张力自由跟踪修正。效率高、绞合节距稳定，误差极小。

  It is used for cabling, stranding and lapping of such high-freqency cables as HDMI,DVI and DISPLAYPORT.Composition of equipment:Powered three head pay-off device,dual-head lapping device and 55spiral arm type single-twist stranding machine.

  The electric par of the equipment is controlled via PLCprogram and HMI. The pay-off tension is controlled by the highly sensitive pressure senor,with digital display and tension traction tracked and modified.Thus the machine can proide such benefities as high efficiency, stable intertwistpitst pitch andsmall tolerance.
